The monitoring includes daily review of different public sources for Bulgarian and international tenders, including tenders for subcontracting, funded under different OPs. The monitoring consists of review, gathering and summarizing of information for:

• Open tenders under different public procurement or other public funded procedures as per preliminary defined criteria;
• Time schedule for applying;
• Institutions (public or private) announcing the tender;
• Eligibility and Participation criteria;

Some of the criteria to be followed include but are not limited to:

• Type of procedure – services, supply, works;
• Subject of the procedure – i.e. supply of machineries, supply of food, auditing services, etc.;
• Size and volume of the procedure;
• Number of Lots;
• Minimum time period for preparation of the bid before deadline;
• Tenders under different languages – Bulgarian, English, French;
