The procedures and rules for selection of sub-contractors from grant beneficiaries under EU Structural Fund and Phare Pre-accession Programme, will be applicable to tenders under the Financial Mechanism of European Economic Area.
The proposed amendments will include all EEA beneficiaries within the scope of Ordinance of Council of Ministers №55 from 2007.
Thus the equal treatment among all grant beneficiaries under different EU programmes will be ensured.
The proposed amendments envisage facilitation of the administrative burden in project management. This will ensure smoother absorption of funds and transparent process during organization of different procedures.
